Music and Movies

When walking up to Fiesta Texas today, boys hear Tejano music playing. They turn around to look back at me (in their stroller), and Colton says, "Mom, its Rio music". My kids sure do know their movies and music! :)

Boys asked me tonight if my "friends" (aka--my students), get folder marks. I said, yes. They ask, WHY. I tell them. Colton says, "Im gonna go tell them NO, bad boy". (they assume its only boys) Then Chance starts singing, "Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you!"

Folder Marks

Chance got a folder mark today. Not listening and hands not to himself. I asked who him who he couldn't keep his hands off of. (actually, not his brother this time). He tells me, "he called me a crybaby". I asked him, why he called him a crybaby. Chance looks at me, like Im the idiot and says, "cause I was crying".

Sweet Boys

I love when my boys are sweet. 
Colton: (out of the blue, on our way to school) "Mom, your 
booifull". 
ME: "honey, thank you, that is so sweet" I WAS getting all teary eyed. 
Chance: "yeah, but daddy isn't booifull"....then those tears turned to laughter!

Weather Reports...

I was getting reading for bed this week.  My bedroom door opens and Chance walks in.  He first asks where Colton was.  I told him he was in bed.  Then he starts to crawl in my bed.  The boys usually sneak in our bed nightly around 2-3am, not 10pm.
As Chance is getting comfy in my bed, I say, "Chance, you really need to get in your own bed".  He then replies.
Chance: "I need to watch the weather report."

Inner Circle of Trust????

My mom and sister had the boys in their car, driving to meet me.  A teenager cut my off, almost hitting them, and my mom (CC) had a few choice words to say.....The F Bomb and *hole to be exact.
Then my nark of a son says:
Chance: "My Mommy says that ALL the Time!"
I am raising a big tattle tailer!!!
